In theory, any processor or CPU will heat by been used... and cool off when is not: so the constant on/off of a computer can crack solderings and then faiures happens.

Here is the method.
- Remove the CMOS Battery. Every battery exposed to fire will explode... important.
- Remove all cables and every piece of plastic that can be removed. In this case I didn't took off the fan mount and guess what.. it melted.
- Preheat the oven.
- Once the baking time is over.. let it cool by itself and do not touch it.
